Overview
It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcohol at any event. We suggest that all guests have a photo ID present, the state of Arizona law requires all patrons to show proof of age at the time of service. We have the right to refuse to serve anyone at the event who appears excessively drunk or uses threatening or abusive behavior towards staff or guests. We will also refuse to serve anyone who attempts to provide alcohol for someone under the age of 21. The bar staff reserves the right to close the bar at any time if they feel the behavior of guests is threatening or unruly and may cause harm to others or property. The decision on such matters will be taken by Twist & Tonic staff.
Alcohol - not included
Our packages do not include alcohol. You will need to purchase any alcohol that will be served at your event, we will take it and handle the rest. We can help provide you with tips on how much to provide and how to make it a smooth process. For an additional fee, we can also pick up pre-purchased spirits and transport them to the venue.
Liquor License & Bartending Services
We are licensed, certified, and insured to serve at any private party (weddings, showers, corporate events, etc.) For public events, it will be the responsibility of the client to hold any additional permits specific to the event, outside of liquor liability insurance. We will not be able to operate as a cash bar at any time unless approved by the city or public venue.
Deposits & Refunds
A deposit in the amount agreed upon ($100) is required at the time of signing this agreement. The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable. Acceptable forms of payment are checks, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards. The deposit secures the event date and times for the client. Clients will pay a $50.00 fee for any and all returned checks.
Balance Due
Balance is non-refundable and due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Note that events are subject to cancellation 24 hours prior to the event if payment is not received. Payment for any overage in time must be paid directly to the bartender on site before additional hours are provided.
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you cancel your event, 50% of the total package price can be applied as a credit toward a future booking. The credit must be used within 90 days of the original cancellation date and is only valid for rescheduled events booked with Twist & Tonic.
- Notification Requirements: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or letter) and will be considered effective on the date received.
- No Refund for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for any credits or refunds
Inclement Weather
Twist & Tonic reserves the right, in good faith, to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, equipment, or guests. Since safety is paramount, Twist & Tonic's compensation will not be affected if the operation is ended.
Damage of Loss or Equipment
Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment owned by Twist & Tonic caused by: a) any misuse of the equipment by Client or its guests, or b) any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or excessive heat).
Ice
Our packages that include ice include 1lb of ice per proposed guest. Ice service will cover ice for cocktails, chilling beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. We do not provide ice for other vendors.
